Job Description

Dhanush is looking to add bright, focused, and resourceful and highly goal oriented
Business Development Executives.
You will be a vital link between Dhanush and its prospective, existing customers. You
will leverage your communication and deal-making skill to target a prospective
customers for Dhanush Products & Services.
You should strive to achieve the below objectives:
1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their
position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
2. Sells products & services by establishing contact and developing relationships
with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending
solutions and service improvements.
4. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, receive the payments and
establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to
call on existing or potential sales prospects and other trade factors.
5. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analysis.
6. Keep CRM updated on daily basis for all the MIS purposes
7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
8. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results
and competitive developments.
9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; participating in professional societies.
10. Experience in IT Company for Business development or Sales is essential.
